Legal Name Change Minnesota How Do I Change My Legal Last Name In Minnesota?

How do I change my legal last name in Minnesota? - legal name change minnesota

I've been married for 5 years and have decided to take the name of my husband. How do I change my name? I'm also from Sweden and has a green card. It makes it difficult to change my name? There may be problems with the INS?

Please help! The more detailed you describe the steps you need to do the best!
THANK YOU!

You must change all the documentation on your behalf, to collect marriage certificate, the documents, etc.

Then all those with whom the official documentation (state-issued ID, driver's license, social security card will be notified, etc.) of your new name. Be sure to inform your mortgage company (if applicable), credit cards, etc.

There is no problem with the INS. If you change your name, the INS announced its change of name.

Hope this helps.
